Our eau de parfum concentration (20% pure parfum oil) is engineered for 8–10 hours of wear, with strong sillage in the first 2–3 hours and a lingering dry-down on skin and clothing throughout the day.

Final blending, aging and bottling take place in a family-owned facility in the United States.

Standard US shipping arrives in 2–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Complimentary shipping applies on all US orders over $75.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link — typically within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime and enter your order number and email to see the latest status.

Try your fragrance for 30 days. If it is not the right scent for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Products that arrive damaged, defective or leaking are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Yes. Within 30 days of delivery, email flawlescents@gmail.com and we'll exchange your bottle for any other fragrance in the collection. If there is a price difference you'll pay or be credited the difference in store credit.

No. Opened bottles qualify as long as they're at least 80% full and you contact us within 30 days of delivery — fragrance is personal and we want you to actually try it.

Email flawlescents@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including original shipping — at no cost to you.
