Flawless Scents is an independent fragrance company that designs, blends and sells designer-inspired eau de parfum directly to customers through flawlesscents.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the designer fragrance houses referenced on this site.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using flawlesscents.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
4. Products & Pricing
We work hard to display accurate product descriptions, images and pricing, but we do not warrant that content on the site is error-free. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
5. 'Inspired By' Fragrances
Our fragrances are independently crafted to evoke the overall scent profile of well-known designer fragrances. They are not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the original brands. All trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe scent character.
6. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock issues. Payment is processed at checkout through PCI-DSS compliant providers.
7. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States only.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges page and our 30-Day Scent Exchange Guarantee.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it in ways that harm performance, or use it to violate applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the site — including logos, product photography, copy and design — is owned by or licensed to Flawless Scents and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce it without permission.
11. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Fragrance is subjective; wear, longevity and projection vary by skin chemistry and environment. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flawless Scents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the bottom will reflect any change; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
