Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
Flawless Scents ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping arrives in 2–5 business days after dispatch for most U.S. addresses. Delivery to AK, HI and remote ZIP codes may take 5–8 business days.
Shipping Rates
Flat-rate standard shipping is $8. Complimentary standard shipping is included on all U.S. orders over $75.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order any time on our Order Tracking page.
Shipping Origin
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in the United States.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days after dispatch, email flawlescents@gmail.com and we'll open a carrier trace on your behalf.
